4 ELEMENTS Retreat Tenerife
Nowhere can the four elements earth, fire, air and water be better experienced than on the mini continent of Tenerife. This journey into the world of the Kabbalah and the Tree of Life reflects the four levels of the Tree of Life in the different accompanied journeys: A walk in the laurel forest of Anaga for the earth element, a boat trip to the dolphins for the water element, an evening with fire magic and dance for the fire in us, and an enchanting sound meditation for the air.
Energy work for an easy life
People who are very sensitive and emphatically inclined often have the problem of suffering from toxic situations and losing their energies in dealing with other people at work and at home. For them, this seminar trip is an active help in everyday life.
We become aware of our own energy body and status, and learn to deal well with ourselves. We acquire the ability to recognize toxic situations and practice different action alternatives. We increase our energies and learn to protect ourselves from "energy vampires" if necessary. We will deal concretely with the individual energy bodies and chakras, and channel energies. On request, we can also give initiation into Kundalini Reiki.
