Die Reise wird durch den Aufenthalt auf einer nach antroposophischen Gesichtspunkten gestalteten Hacienda abgerundet. In einzelnen Häusern und Apartments fühlt man die Verbindung zur Natur.
People who are highly sensitive and emphatically inclined often have the problem of suffering from toxic situations and losing their energies in dealing with other people at work and at home. For them, this seminar trip is an active help in everyday life.
We become aware of our own energy body and status, and learn to deal well with ourselves. We acquire the ability to recognize toxic situations and practice different action alternatives. We increase our energies and learn to protect ourselves from "energy vampires" if necessary. We will deal concretely with the individual energy bodies and chakras, and channel energies. Afterwards we will have an initiation into Kundalini Reiki. I have been a Kundalini Reiki Master for 13 years, and believe that if you want to work with energies, a Reiki level (no matter what Reiki) is a wonderful entry into the world of energies.
Accommodation: Your accommodation is located in the sunny south of Tenerife. The retreat takes place in the unique "Castillo Moro" complex. Each room is individually decorated with great attention to detail. For our retreat the following rooms are reserved: Bella Vista, Leela, Sita. Further down you will find the pricing. The prices are per person in half a double room. Single room booking is possible with surcharge... Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price as listed.
Itinery
Saturday: Arrival day: You reach the island in the course of the day. For dinner, you will have the opportunity to get to know each other better.
Sunday: Breakfast. Course: 9:30 - 11:30, break, 12:00 - 14:00. We get to know the different types of energy vampires and control dramas. Who dances with whom on an energetic level? And how do I get out of the game? Lunch. From 16:00: Excursion with a short hike "Path of the Senses".
Monday: Breakfast. Course: 9:30 - 11:30, break, 12:00 - 14:00 o'clock. Here we will get to know the three most important energy bodies (emotional body, mental body, ether body) and the 7 main chakras of man. Lunch. Afternoon at free disposal.
Tuesday: Breakfast. Course: 9:00 - 11:00, break, 11:30 - 13:00. Energetic protection techniques. Ways to increase your own energy. Lunch. Afternoon/ Evening : Teide Night
Wednesday: Breakfast. Inauguration in Kundalini-Reiki I, first part.
Thursday: Breakfast. 2nd part Kundalini Reiki initiation. Lunch, afternoon at leisure.
Friday: breakfast, day at leisure. On this day you have the opportunity to enjoy the many attractions of the island of Tenerife, from beach to volcano, shopping or relaxing. You can also book an individual session. Dinner. Sound meditation with the singing medium Gloria.
Saturday: Departure day: Breakfast. Extension possible on request.
